<p>Well priced properties are selling quickly &#8211; often with multiple offers in many areas of Metro Vancouver. There is no lack of Buyers. I personally have not been this busy this year as I have been since June. And with interest rates now predicted to lower somewhat I expect more Buyers will be coming into the market.</p>
